The Grove United Methodist Church ("The Grove," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through thegroveleland.org and how we use it.

We collect information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and interests when you fill out our Contact form or Info Update form, sign up for an event, schedule a conversation with our pastor, or give online. Our website host, Squarespace, automatically collects basic usage data, such as pages visited, browser type, and general location, through cookies to help the site function and to show us how it is used.

How we use it
We use your information to respond to your questions, share news about worship, events, and ways to get involved, process gifts and provide giving statements, and improve our website and ministry.

How we share it
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the trusted services that help us run our ministry. These include Squarespace (website), Planning Center and Church Center (event registration and online giving), and Google (appointment scheduling). Each service protects your data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Online giving
Gifts are processed securely through Church Center. The Grove does not store your full card or bank account numbers.

Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, or ask us to update or delete your information, by emailing info@thegroveleland.org.

Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online.

Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
